This week
Switch between daily and weekly views with one click. The grid is split into 30-minute slots, and times outside your branch's opening hours are shaded, so you can tell free from closed at a glance.
Tell exam, vaccine, follow-up, surgery, grooming and boarding appointments apart. Appointments are marked as scheduled, confirmed, arrived, in progress, completed, cancelled or no-show, so at the end of the day you know exactly who didn't turn up.
Open the exam record straight from the patient's appointment; the patient, owner and vet details fill in automatically. You never type the same thing twice.
Owners are sent a reminder by SMS, WhatsApp or push notification before their appointment. Any message that couldn't be sent appears in the list with the reason.
