Every business's data stays its own
Every query is filtered to your business. Another clinic's records never show up on your screen.
Role-based permissions
Vets, reception, accounts… You decide who sees which screens and what they can change.
Automatic session lock
Idle screens lock themselves. A computer left logged in at the counter is no longer a risk.
Card details never touch our servers
Subscription payments are taken on the secure pages of iyzico and Stripe; card numbers never reach our servers.
Accounts that can't be erased
An issued receipt can be cancelled but never deleted. Till transactions are corrected with reversing entries; history doesn't change.
Branch-level separation
Each branch's staff, till and inventory movements are kept separate; head office sees them all together.
The details
You decide how long sessions last
The administrator sets the idle timeout, the maximum session length and whether the session ends when the browser closes. These controls are enforced on the server with every request; they can't be bypassed by switching them off in the browser.
Passwords are stored irreversibly
User passwords are never stored as plain text, only as a one-way hash. No one — not even us — can see your password.
Traffic is encrypted
The site and panel run over HTTPS only. Browser security headers (a content security policy and framing protection) stop the panel from being embedded in another site and block scripts from being loaded externally.
Consent, channel by channel
SMS, WhatsApp and email consent are stored separately on each client record. No reminder is sent through a channel without consent; any message that isn't sent is shown together with the reason.
Activity logs
Important actions are written to the system log with the user and time. You can always trace who made a change and when.
Switching off a module doesn't delete its data
When you switch off a module, only its screens disappear; the records stay where they are and come back when you switch it on again. Downgrading your plan doesn't delete existing records either.
