ZooAsist is cloud-based management software developed by Eva Soft Bilişim A.Ş. for vet clinics, pet shops, pet groomers and boarding facilities.
A clinic's day is spent juggling phone bookings, exam notes scribbled on paper files, vaccine dates kept in a separate notebook and a till that doesn't balance at closing time. The vet's time goes on paperwork instead of patients.
We built ZooAsist to bring all of that together in a single record. Patient records, appointments, exams, prescriptions, vaccines, reminders, sales, inventory and the till all work together in one connected system. It adapts to your type of business and can be used in several languages.
Our principles
Enter information once
Appointments link to exams, exams to receipts, and receipts to inventory and the till. Typing the same information into two screens means ending up with two different versions of the truth.
History doesn't change
An issued receipt is never deleted, only cancelled. Corrections are made with a new entry. The books are never altered retroactively.
A clean screen
A pet shop doesn't see an exam screen, and a clinic without boarding doesn't see a boarding menu. What you don't use doesn't get in the way.
No silent failures
A reminder that couldn't be sent never looks as if it was. When something goes wrong, the system tells you, along with the reason.
