This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data in connection with the ZooAsist software and the zooasist.com website provided by Eva Soft Bilişim A.Ş. Your business data belongs to you

The client, animal, exam, sales and inventory records that subscribing businesses enter into the system belong to the business concerned. We process this data only to provide the Service, handle your support requests and ensure security; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Security measures

• Each business's data is logically separated; queries are filtered by business.
• Passwords are stored irreversibly (as a hash).
• Website and panel traffic is encrypted with HTTPS.
• With role-based authorisation, each user can access only the screens they are permitted to.
• Idle sessions are locked and important actions are logged.
• Card details are collected on the payment institution's page and never reach our servers.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers for some parts of the Service: payments (iyzico, Stripe), the SMS and WhatsApp providers chosen by the business (Netgsm, Twilio, Meta), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and website analytics (Google Analytics). These providers access only the data needed to provide the relevant service.

Retention period

Data is retained for as long as your subscription continues and for the periods required by the applicable legislation. After your subscription ends, you can contact us to obtain a copy of your data or to request its deletion.
