Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the cloud-based ZooAsist software (the "Service") provided by Eva Soft Bilişim A.Ş. ("ZooAsist"). By creating an account, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Account

  • You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at registration is accurate and up to date.
  • The account administrator is responsible for keeping the passwords of users linked to the account confidential and for setting their permissions correctly.
  • If you notice any unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.

Trial and subscription

New accounts may start with a free trial for the period stated on the platform. At the end of the trial, a plan must be purchased to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are charged in advance for the chosen plan and term (monthly/yearly); subscriptions do not renew automatically.

Rules of use

  • The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.
  • You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent for the messages you send to your clients and for complying with messaging legislation.
  • No attempt may be made to gain unauthorised access to the system, and the operation of the Service may not be obstructed.

Data

The data you enter into the Service belongs to you. ZooAsist processes this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service and in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice (KVKK being the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law).

Continuity of service

ZooAsist makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service running without interruption or errors. Planned maintenance is carried out at off-peak times wherever possible. ZooAsist cannot be held responsible for interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g. SMS providers or payment institutions).

Changes

ZooAsist may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced via the panel or by email.
